At Soft Toy Sanctuary, every rescued soft toy is carefully prepared and packaged before beginning their journey to their new home.

We aim to make the delivery process as smooth and reassuring as possible.

 

📦 Dispatch Times

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days

  • During busy periods or special launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer

We’ll always do our best to get your teddy on their way as quickly as possible.

 

🚚 Delivery Times (UK)

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

 

📮 Courier & Tracking

We send all orders using tracked delivery services for peace of mind.

We typically use trusted UK couriers such as:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

You will receive tracking details once your teddy has been dispatched, so you can follow their journey to their new home 🧸✨

 

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

⏳ Delays

Once your teddy has been dispatched, delivery is in the hands of the courier.

While we’ll always try to help where we can, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal service disruptions

  • weather conditions

  • busy seasonal periods

 

📍 Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

📦 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time:

We’ll always work with you to resolve any issues where possible.
