We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Your teddy must be in its original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or scents.

Please email us at softtoysanctuary@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost teddies.
💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
